Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects, across IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Security. Ensure individual projects are following standard project framework and feeding into the overall program view. Maintain a view of resource utilization; identify constraints and/or issues. Take the lead on coordinating cross-project activities. Monitor project costs when working with 3rd Party Vendors. Control deadlines and identify project risks. Assume general responsibility for managing the project teams and vendors. Report issues/concerns to CTO. Prepare weekly updates for CTO and/or senior management. Qualifications:. We seek to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and are proven self-starters. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a desire to work in a team environment. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience. Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position. Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods. Excellent Knowledge of change management principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, JIRA/Atlassian etc.) is a strong advantage. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent problem-solving ability.
